A Night of Gratitude: Our Client Appreciation Soirée
The upcoming Thanksgiving season is a time to pause and reflect on what we’re most grateful for, and at NC Pro Realty, our clients are at the very top of that list. To show our appreciation, we recently hosted a Client Appreciation Soirée at Jill and Chuck Rigsbee’s home—and had an evening filled with gratitude, connection, and celebration. We missed some folks!
As REALTORS®, we often get to share very big moments with our clients—whether it’s finding the perfect home, selling a cherished property, or starting new chapters. All of these are major lifetime events and this soiree’ was our chance to celebrate those shared moments and let our clients know just how much they mean to us.
Food, Fun, and Festivities
At the heart of any great event is great food, and our soirée was no exception! Catering Works provided the most delicious food, beverages and service – simply amazing! We enjoyed great food and conversations on a beautiful evening. Jill’s son, Justin was the valet and greeter to welcome guests and the photographer, Paul Diaz Photography captured some amazing memories.
Building New Community Connections
One of the most heartwarming parts of the evening was seeing our clients connect with one another. Throughout the night, conversations turned into shared laughter, and by the end of the event, many clients had exchanged numbers or made plans to stay in touch.
It’s not every day that a group of people brought together by real estate becomes a community, but that’s exactly what happened. Stories about home sales, shared interests, and even favorite local hangouts flowed freely, turning strangers into friends.
A Moment of Gratitude
Midway through the evening, we paused for a short message of thanks. Jill thanked everyone for coming, spoke about the joy of working with so many wonderful people and how each client’s journey has been a unique and special part of NC Pro Realty’s story.
Whether it’s helping a family upsize or downsize, welcoming newcomers to the Triangle, assisting a first-time buyer, or working with seasoned sellers, the relationships we build along the way are what make our job so fulfilling and worth it. It’s not always smooth and easy, but we try! This soirée was a celebration of those relationships—a chance to let our clients know how much they’re appreciated.
Special Shout Out to Our Closing Team
The only way to strive for smooth closings is to have the entire closing team creating a symphony, as I call it. Many of you have heard me talk about this many times. Sometimes the work is complex, behind the scenes and sometimes it is more straight-forward. Every single time, we strive for closing on time and make it as easy as possible. Thank you to Jackson Law, Guild Mortgage, All-Inspected Home Inspectors, and Brightway Insurance-The Osborne Team. We all appreciate you all so very much!

A special thank you goes to my husband, Chuck, and our family for their unwavering support, not just in helping make this soirée such a special evening, but every single day and night as I navigate the rewarding, yet busy, world of real estate. Your encouragement, love, and willingness to step in—whether it’s hosting events, putting up a sign, doing all the accounting, or simply cheering me on—it means the world to me, and I couldn’t do this without you. And, Chuck – I really appreciate that you share and "love" all my social media posts – haha!
